Refund policy

At Mille Studio, we only accept returns if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.


You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, providing proof of purchase (receipt or order number) along with clear evidence of the damage (such as photos).

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Please note that we do not offer refunds.

If the issue is confirmed, a replacement or store credit may be offered.
